Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 6, 2026

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They are meant to be fair and readable, and they do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Website Use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

Products and Descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Stray Lotus pieces are handcrafted in small production runs, so minor variation in finishing, patina, texture, and dimensions is expected and is part of the work.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out or be withdrawn.

If a price or product detail is listed in error, we may correct it and, where an affected order has already been placed, cancel that order and issue a refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and it is prepared for shipment.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We may decline or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a refund.

To request a change or cancellation, contact us at sean@straylotus.com as soon as possible. Orders already prepared for shipment may not be able to be changed.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stray Lotus does not receive or store your full payment card information. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Intellectual Property

The Stray Lotus name, logo, designs, product photography, and site content are owned by Stray Lotus and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Photography and Variation

Product images are representative. Materials, finishing, patina, small-batch production, photographic lighting, and differences between screens mean the piece you receive may vary slightly in appearance from the images shown.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stray Lotus is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or its products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date it is posted, shown by the "last updated" date above.
